The DEX manual describes the handling of products and the procedures, which are unique to International Factors Group, and includes various templates, which Members & Partners will need, in conducting business on a daily basis. Detailed rules are set out for special products such as:

• Non-notification Factoring
• Bulk Factoring
• Fast Cash Factoring
• Hot and Cold Back-up
• Direct Payments to Suppliers

Applicable as per April 1st, 2003, the DEX Manual provides an extra support for the GRIF and details the handling of products and procedures.
