The legal documents referred to in this section are the "practical documents" which have been established to help the members to handle their 2-factor business. These documents are considered as the set of operating rules and procedures. In these page, you will always find the latest and applicable version of the documents.

These documents are

• GRIF (General Rules for International Factoring)
• DEX
• IFA (Inter Factor Agreement)

There documents are regularly revised and improved, with the help of the Legal Committee. These documents can only be changed officially after the agreeement (through voting) of the General Assembly.
