The Service Quality Program is a yearly "exercice" to help members evaluate each others' work quality and performances.
The SQP is established on a yearly basis, on a period between January and December of the same year.
The SQP helps us determine, on a yearly basis who is be the best rated company on import and export activities.
The SQP concerns also the secretariat which is rated on the important of its taks and the quality of the work.
