Asian Foundation
The Workshop seminar on the Foundation of (International) Factoring will take place on 1st and 2nd August 2007 in Jakarta (Indonesia).
In an industry where qualified staff members are of strategic importance for the commercial success and for the risk management of the factoring activities, this shortage can be a barrier to the successful development of factoring.
With the good support shown for Beijing event, we are now proceeding with our plans to hold a similar event in Jakarta . For this event we will be working with the Indonesian Financial Services Association (IFSA) which represents more than 100 multi-finance companies in Indonesia. Our member PT International Factors Indonesia (PTIFI) is assisting in the event organization. We indeed encouraged by the assistance shown by our two members that these events will not only increase awareness of factoring as a tool of financing domestic and international trade in these countries but also focus on the important role of the IFG in factoring and the benefits financial institutions will derive in joining our membership.

The International Factors Group is therefore proud to organize its first Asian Seminar on the Foundations of (International) Factoring in Beijing in combination with a Global Forum on the importance of Factoring as a tool to secure the China Import/Export Economy.
The Global Forum & Workshop seminar on the Foundation of International Factoring will take place between the 30th and 31st May 2007 in Beijing (China).
