ACC Management
In close co-operation with ABFA and with Menzie's Corporate Restructuring, the Education Committee
of the International Factor Group decided to organize its first Account Management / Cashflow &
Credit Management Seminar where participants can share experiences, learn from their international
colleagues and gain new insights in an informal environment.
Main themes:

- how to manage new clients and deal with their changing lifecycles

The program will offer a perfect mix of presentations by specialists and break-out sessions during which you can discuss ideas and interact with your fellow colleagues.
The first part of this seminar will focus on Account Management and on the demands of the Account Manager’s role, how to approach clients and how to balance both service and security issues.
The second part of the seminar will go over Credit & Cashflow Management, managing new clients at the take-on stage, understanding the business' financial position and dealing with changes in clients’ lifecycles. |
