	Any changes or cancellations MUST be made in writing. All cancellations received before 20 August 2010 will qualify for a full refund. Cancellations received between 20 August and 3 September 2010 will be subject to a 50 % refund if payment has been made or will be subject to a 50 % cancellation fee if payment has not been made. No refund is possible for any cancellations received after 3 September 2010. A 100 % cancellation fee will be due if no payment has been made before.   In the event that a presenter cancels, every effort will be made to find a replacement presenter of equivalent experience.   Program details or the actual organization of the event is subject to changes depending on number of participants. A final program and confirmation will be sent to participants 7 calendar days before the event. In case of cancellation of the event by IFG, there will of course be a full refund of already paid registration fees.
